Carmody Construction, Inc. is a family owned business located in Naples. We started our company in 1948 in a Chicago Suburb, and pride ourselves on being family owned and operated.
Patrick Carmody grew up working in the trade for his father and took over the operation in 1976. When he took over, the company specialized in home improvements; siding, roofing, gutters, bathroom, and kitchen remodeling. He then expanded into room additions, basement remodeling and commercial work.
In 1991, Patrick started building custom homes and his sons joined the family business on both the construction and sales side.
